We will be sharing here updates about the proposed "Right of Conscience Act of 2006", a house bill (no. 5028) introduced by Rep. Hermilando I. Mandanas of the 2nd District Batangas. This bill hopes to prohibit all forms of discrimination, disqualification, coercion, disability, or liability on health care providers, institution, and payers who will decline to perform any health care services that violate their consciences.
