Forum on Queer Theology

In our pursuit to provide the moral backbone in our advocacy, BisdakPRIDE, a community based organization for the (LGBTQ) Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgender and individuals advocating for equality and respect, in partnership with LGBTQ Center of Chicago Theological Seminary will spearhead a lecture/forum on Queer Theology: Impact to Queer Communities in Third World Countries at Fr.Theodore Buttenbruch Hall, University of San Carlos Main Campus on February 27, 2009, 9:30am –11:30am.

Acting Dean of Chicago Theological Seminary and Professor of Biblical and Constructive Theology, Dr. Theodore W. Jennings Jr. will be our guest lecturer.

The Political Science, Sociology-Anthropology and Psychology departments of the University of San Carlos in Cebu City will co-sponsor the forum.
